ABOUT THE CHEF
Miguel grew up in Jacksonville, FL. He began cooking at French fine dining restaurants. One of which was nominated for a James Beard Award. After three years spent learning at Orsay, Miguel left to intern at Michelin Star restaurants and travel the world to learn more about food, art, and cultures.
Passion gives Miguel a purpose to learn how to compose a dish as if it was a symphony, the perfect balance of all senses that transport the diner out of reality.
Miguel is filled with passion, originality, and energy. His goal is to ultimately take others on a journey of delicious flavors and memories.
